Customer CommentsThis comment comes from my first customer. I have trapped woodchucks, squirrels, skunks, raccoons and opossums for them over the years. My latest project was excluding flickers that were trying to take up a residence in their stucco siding. Jason, we treasure our relationship with you! We are so proud of you and we have been totally pleased.

Kelly Flying Squirrels - This job was a true test for us. Flying squirrel holes are the size of a golf ball and finding them can take time, knowledge and skill. After 4 weeks the job was completed. Even though it took longer than most of our jobs, there were no additional charges. Quit satisfied! Hope the little buggers stay away!
Gregory L. Zachman Rats - You might say we know our sh... This customer was told that a snake was leaving little presents for them to find in their basement. Upon our arrival we found a nest full of little presents in the insulation. We identified the species as Loft Rats. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Jason was knowledgeable, efficient, and very accommodating to our schedule. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Forbes Grey Squirrels - This customer was not hearing any noises, but their cats seamed to handle the problem when ever a squirrel ended up in the basement. We found the entrance in the roof. We found Jason to be both knowledgeable and professional in his business. He rid us of squirrels that were not only a nuisance, but destructive as well. We would highly recommend him.

& Dona Krantz Corn Snakes - This species of snake is always confused with a copperhead snake. The Real Estate sign was in the yard. I did not send him a bill. Dear BRWMS, Thank you very much for the phone call. I now feel very foolish and wish I had called you first before harming those poor creatures. Since your call I've been online and learned a lot about corn snakes and can see from the many photos how hard it is to identify even the adults. Please do not be bashful about billing me for the phone consultation, it put me at ease and now my wife and daughter are not ready to move to town! Thank you very much!

Moomaw I could not ask for a better comment. It explains everything! Exceptional services have been provided to me. Fast initial response to my telephone inquiry. Charges based upon my request for specific animals. Traps checked daily. Very reasonable charges based on the number of trips to my house. Knowledgeable of wildlife behaviors. Efficient and demonstrated desire to solve my problems regarding animals digging under my foundation. Mr. Reger is friendly takes time for his customers and has a pleasant manner.

Muskrats - This job was a true test. When I arrived at the site there was a muskrat, in the middle of the day, sitting on the pond edge eating away. My first thought was, this should not be too tough. Think again! That little bugger avoided my traps like the plague. You did just what you said you would do and when you said you would do it. Can't as for more than that - and the muskrats are gone!

Arlene Poff Rats I grew up in the country and am used to certain little creatures and sharing "space" with them. However, when rats invaded my basement this fall it was time for one of us to leave. Jason Reger with BRWMS quickly identified my problem and trapped and got rid of the rats as well as finding and fixing where they were getting in. Many thanks for a job well done!
